IPOC BUILDING RENTALS

IPOC will rent the building, when available, to other groups and clubs for dog events. These can be classes, seminars, trials or shows. We can rent by the hour, day or weekend. IPOC needs enough notice to ensure building availability and to make arrangements for building access and set up for your needs. We require a contract for daily and weekend rentals. Rental Rates

•  WEEKEND -- $800.00 rental, $50.00 cleaning fee, $250.00 REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit.
   

•  DAILY -- $500.00 rental, $50.00 cleaning fee, $250.00 REFUNDABLE Damage Deposit.
   

•  INDIVIDUAL  (up to 3 people) -- $25.00 per hour
   

•  SMALL GROUP (up to 5) -- $35.00 per hour (2 hour maximum)
   

•  GROUP (6 to 15) -- $10.00 per person per hour (2 hour maximum)
   

•  LARGER GROUPS -- $250.00 for 4 hours or less, $50.00 cleaning fee.

Equipment and Other Rates

•  Ring Gating and Obedience Equipment -- $25.00 per session or weekend.
   

•  Agility Equipment available -- price negotiable depending on needs.
   

•  Flyball Equipment available -- race matting, backstops and jumps available, $50.00 per weekend.
   

•  Kitchen use -- $15.00 for refrigeration, sinks, counters etc. includes NO food or service items from IPOC, you must bring your own.
