IPOC Building Rentals

IPOC will rent the building to other groups and clubs for dog events when no IPOC classes, trials, or seminars are scheduled.

The events that renters may hold in IPOC's building are seminars, trials, or shows.

We rent by the hour, half day, day, or weekend.

IPOC needs sufficient notice in advance to ensure building availability, to make arrangements for building access, and to set up for your needs.

We require a contract for daily and weekend rentals.

Short term rentals are available on short notice if an IPOC contact person should have enough time to open and close the building.

Rental Rates

  • DAILY -- $350 (1st day), $300 (additional days) rental
    • DEPOSIT -- $475 refundable damage/cleanup deposit ($125 is for post event cleaning)
    • EARLY SETUP -- $50 for arrival before 5:00 PM on the day before the first day of rental
    • IPOC KITCHEN -- $15 per day for use of the IPOC kitchen, excluding supplies

Equipment Rates

  • Equipment -- $50 (call for information on equipment rental)
