Publication Rights -- Photographs and Videos

Notice to any and all persons that utilize any and all services provided by Imperial Polk Obedience Club at our training facility or any other location that is deemed by the club as an event organized or sponsored by the club.

With your attendance and/or participation in these events you agree that all rights to videotape, photograph, advertise, promote and publicize or otherwise exploit the event, or the persons or animals participating in it or the results of the event before, during or after, shall belong to The Imperial Polk Obedience Club.

Further, Imperial Polk Obedience Club may have the use of the names, likenesses, or biographical matter of all dogs, owners, handlers, breeders, and kennels participating in the event.
